(Formerly known as the Maine-ly Nutrition and Take Time! School Program)

2011-2012 Registration Information

Only one registration is needed per school. Each school should select a Champion, who is the key contact between the school and the Smart Moves for ME staff, to register for the program.

Before completing the online program registration, the Champion will need to preview or print out the program registration forms located below in order to review the required registration information.
