PAN (Physical Activity and Nutrition) Action Packets

Physical activity and nutrition action packets have been developed. These are "how to" packets designed to provide the resources for interested people and groups to put policy and environmental change strategies into action. Contents of the action packets include action steps, fact sheets, Maine examples, presentation materials, key contact list, web resources, other support materials, and references. Community level representatives were involved in the development and review of these action packets.

**WARNING** The complete Action Packets are quite large. If you are downloading on a slow connection, you may prefer the individual sections.
